Functieomschrijving
• The coordination of meetings and schedules within the department, setting up and maintain files
relating to the department, making travel arrangements, maintaining reports and documents, processing
incoming mail, prepare presentations and handling tasks and special projects assigned.
• Overall administration: Purchase orders and Invoices processing, expense reports, office supply
management, tracking of expenses in local and global financial systems
• Assist in budget control and in the preparation of operational expense estimates and profit plan,
assemble documentation needed for estimates
• Assist in preparation and tracking of standard/template clinical study contracts
• Independently keeps metrics on departmental activities and performance milestones
• Incumbent will assist all the members of the team as requested.
