KBC Insurance is a major insurance company that belongs to the KBC Group NV.

Challenge

KBC-I decided to call in the assistance of an external partner (outsourcing) for the daily IT support for all its agencies. The partner was to take on the staffing of both the front and back office, in compliance with SLA’s imposed by KBC. 2 objectives were defined in advance: cost savings and quality guarantee.

Solution

Brunel ICT looks after the front and back office activities via a service contract, at a fixed monthly cost.
As a result, we can guarantee the continuity and the quality of the services, even in case of unexpected absences. To achieve this, we deploy a team of trained help desk collaborators, including additional staff as backup. Service guarantee (number of calls, response times, etc.), controls and modifications are seen to in consultation with KBC management.

Result

The end users are highly satisfied. Costs have gone down and remain stable (fixed monthly amount). As a result, the customer can fully focus on his core business.
