AT&T is an internationally organised telecom provider with outlets worldwide.
Challenge
To simplify the exchange of data between its European branches, AT&T in Vilvoorde needed software to help streamline its transaction management.
Solution
Two Lotus Notes experts from Brunel ICT temporarily reinforced the AT&T ICT team. They carried out the analysis and development for the application, and now also provide support and maintenance.
Result
Today, over one thousand European AT&T employees use the application. In the meantime, the program has been expanded with a module that allows the partners to request information via the internet.
