How does secondment work?
For secondment, Brunel detaches members of its own staff as support for your project or as a temporary addition to your own staff base. As our customer, you will remain in charge of your project and the project members. You will only pay for hours worked and you can extend or end any contract, in compliance with the terms of notice. We assure you, furthermore, of our commitment. During the course of a project, Brunel will lend support to project members whenever this is needed.
Via secondment you will get access, on a temporary basis, to the best specialists we have available for any given assignment. Brunel ICT services guarantee you the very best conditions for the best possible results. As a result, together with our ICT specialist, you can fully focus on the job itself.
Who are our customers?
In Belgium, Brunel ICT delivers ICT specialists at 2 levels:
- The Professional Services division detaches staff directly to financial and insurance businesses, government agencies, telecom enterprises and small and medium size businesses.
- Our division Subcontracting manages support staff for software, ICT and consulting companies.
