How would you deal with selection?

It all starts with a good assessment of the vacancy and the competences a candidate must have. You would probably prefer to choose from the largest possible selection of candidates, and then test them comprehensively to get a 360° picture of the ideal candidate. Then check carefully whether the work environment, business culture and benefits suit the candidate.
