In line with your technical knowledge, experience and ambition, Brunel Engineering can assist you in various ways in the development of your career.
As one of our core collaborators, you will be engaged in a series of temporary projects for our customers, together with your project coordinator. Your task is to give support on-site as required, either as a project collaborator or an engineer. In this way you will supply added value and augment the chances for success. The range of these projects and your position within the project team determine your opportunities for growth. At the centre of this are the variation and expansion of your experiences. We call this technical project support and this is our core business.
Are you an experienced (international) specialist and wish to be considered for a specific project home or abroad? Do you wish to get value for your experience and knowledge by lending support to our customers for the realisation of their projects, in an advisory or a coordinating role? This is what we call consultancy and in this we act as a project agent.
Through the frequent contacts with our customers, we have a unique view of the labour market. As a result, Brunel Engineering regularly gets requests to select appropriate people for structural vacancies. This leads to permanent employment and in this we act as work agent.

Development
As a Brunel Engineering collaborator, you will continually invest in yourself. You yourself will decide in which way you should develop, and the way in which this development should be realised. For this you will get advice from a personal project coordinator, an equal partner who knows the development opportunities at Brunel Engineering. This person will support and coach you in your career and help you make the right choices. You can discuss your ambitions, training opportunities and knowledge development with your personal coordinator.
