Challenge
Fabricom GTI – Major Projects has developed its own application for the technical administrative follow-up of industrial building sites. It is a complex program that requires quite a lot of maintenance. Furthermore, new functionalities need to be developed and added to the existing framework.
Solution
Together with Fabricom GTI – Major Projects, Brunel ICT has designed a structure for versions management of the application, the analysis, and elaboration and planning of the Change Requests and technical interventions.
