System and Application SupportThe Brunel SAS services (System and Application Support) are an ideal solution for your organisation if you do not have your own (or too few) ICT professionals. Brunel SAS offers various services, in line with your own preferences and requirements: The SAS Ad Hoc team works ‘on call’: you have a problem, you give us a call, and our specialists will help you at a distance and/or on location. Response and intervention times are agreed on in advance. Call on SAS On Demand if, for example, you wish to execute ICT implementations but do not have sufficient know-how or resources. Our specialists will give advice, can initiate a project, deliver the services and, if desired, provide the necessary hardware and software which are needed to accomplish a project successfully. The various activities are planned together with you in advance. The SAS service contract was designed especially for small and medium size businesses who wish to be assured that their ICT environment will function flawlessly at any time. Brunel offers them monthly controls, gives advice and will intervene whenever this is necessary and after consultation with the customer. Exact schedules are fixed in advance.
